This article will outline the steps to take once an email invitation is sent from a 6clicks Trust Portal Profile.
Register & Access Trust Portal via Email Invitation
The email will be sent by email@example.com with the body of email populated as per below, including any customised branding that has been configured for your team within the application.
If a personalised message was added when sending the email this will be displayed below the invitation heading as shown.
Select the Click here to register link in the email to open the Create Your Account screen.
The Team name will be auto-populated to ensure the correct Trust Portal will be viewed.
Once registered the Trust Portal will be available to view.
The Trust Portal view provides the option to toggle to all Trust Portal Profiles registered to the user.
The Completed Assessment tab displays assessment results, including any supporting documents that have been uploaded.
Click Control Sets tab to view content.
Click View Control Set to open and view further detail.
Your user account can be accessed from the top right of the screen where you can manage linked accounts, change your password or edit your details in My Settings.
To Logout click the button at the bottom right of your User Settings pop-up.
