Creating a Risk in the Web App

Select the Risks button in the left navigation panel.

Select the New Risk button in the top right.

This is an example of a filled template for an asset, enter the asset details as follows:

– Title (required) – Enter the name of the risk

– Description (optional) – Enter a description for your risk

Select the expand arrow in the bottom left to display and edit the risk.

This is an example of a filled template for a risk, enter the risk details as follows:

– Title (required) – Select the pencil in the top left to edit the title name, then select the save icon to save the changes.

Risk Overview

– Description (optional) – Enter a description for the risk.

– Current Consequence (optional) – Select a level of consequence from the pre-filled drop down list.

– Current Likelihood (optional) – Select a level of likelihood from the pre-filled drop down list.

– Associated Controls (optional) – Select the control set, domain and the related provision. Then select add control in the bottom right.

– Associated Provisions (optional) – Select the authority, and the related provision. In the top right, there is a function to search provisions. Once a provision/s has been selected, select the add provision in the bottom right.

– Risk Owner(s) (optional) – Select those that are responsible for the risk.

– Associated Asset(s) (optional) – Select all related Assets

– Tags (optional) – Select a tag from the pre-filled drop down or enter a new tag, select it and then add the new tag.

Risk Treatment

– Treatment Decision (optional) – Enter a description for the risk.

– Treatment Status (optional) – Select the status of the treatment for the risk.

– Treatment Description (optional) – Select the decided treatment for the treatment of the risk

– Planned Consequence (optional) – Select the level of planned consequence

– Planned Likelihood (optional) – Select the level of planned likelihood

– Associated Controls (optional) – Select the control set, domain and the related provision. Then select add control in the bottom right.

– Associated Provisions (optional) – Select the authority, and the related provision. In the top right, there is a function to search provisions. Once a provision/s has been selected, select the add provision in the bottom right.

– Treatment Owner(s) (optional) – Select those that are responsible for the treatment of the risk.

– Treatment Date (optional) – Select the date for the treatment of the risk.

– Supporting Documents (optional) – Select the Browse button or drop files into the marked area to attach supporting documents, then select the upload button.

Select the Status: Edit button in the bottom right once finished, then select publish.

When satisfied, confirm the risk status update.

Afterwards, the risk should appear on the main page.
