License Management

Licenses

Licenses provide User Accounts with upgraded permissions and access to even more functionality within the 6clicks application.

Giving Users the ability to create unlimited items across modules, more transparency over data with reporting options, access to in-depth industry content and additional Support options for convenience when you need it most.

Simply click to purchase any combination of Just Risk and/or Risk & Compliance Licenses and assign it to the 6clicks Users within your team to give them all the tools they need and more. 

Adding a License to your 6clicks account

Select Add Licenses button in the top panel to navigate to new license selection options

License Types

Select Licenses window displays License Type, associated functionality and pricing

Click Select on the License you would like to purchase

Confirm your selection and payment preferences and select the Checkout button

Once your purchase has successfully processed you will be directed to the Subscription page where you can manage your Licenses, sort, filter and report on information within the table

Simply drag and drop any Column Heading in order to group your subscription data

Assign License to Existing User

Navigate to the Users screen by selecting Administration then Users from the left panel 

The User screen panel shows the amount available and total amount of each License Type within your account

* You can also Purchase New License(s) and Remove License(s) from the User Management screen

Click anywhere within a User Information row, purple highlight confirms your selection, then click Edit at the top left of the page to access the Edit User screen

From the Edit User screen you can assign different License Types, Roles and Groups and update User contact details and Password Settings. 

Keep the password fields blank so not to change their password

From the User Information Tab select License Type and choose the relevant option from the drop-down menu, then select Save

The User Role has now been updated as per License Type

Assign License to New User

Navigate to the Users screen by selecting Administration then Users from the left panel 

Select New User at the top right of the User screen

New User License Type will default to Free

Enter User contact details in relevant fields and update Password settings as required

Select License Type from the drop-down menu, click Save

Managing and Removing Current Licenses

Within the Users screen there is also an option to Purchase License(s) which provides quick access to the Select License screen

To remove a current License that is not assigned to a User select Remove License(s) from the top panel of the User screen

Select the License Type and Number of Licenses, select Remove

Only available Licenses that are not assigned to a User can be removed 

To unassign a User from a License click anywhere within a User Information row, purple highlight confirms your selection, then click Edit at the top left of the page to access the Edit User screen

License Type currently assigned to User is shown with red text

Update License Type from options in the drop-down menu, then select Save

Changes are shown in the User Management screen, you can now complete Remove License actions as required
